Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged during delivery so that we can evaluate the issue.

Condition & Order Issues
If there is an issue with the condition of an item or an error with the order (including incorrect or missing items), customers must notify us within 5 days of the order being picked up or delivered. All reported issues will be reviewed. Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
