Returns
We do not offer returns on TCG singles. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged during delivery so that we can evaluate the issue.

Condition & Order Issues
If there is an issue with the condition of an item or an error with the order (including incorrect or missing items), customers must notify us within 5 days of the order being picked up or delivered. All reported issues will be reviewed. Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Customers may be required to provide proof of the issue, such as photos or returning the item for inspection.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
